About Myself
Since August 2020, I am research assistant in the Statistics Working Group which is part of the Institute of Mathematics - IMMI at the University of Hildesheim.
My research falls into the field of computational statistics. In particular, I am interested in the development of flexible univariate as well as multivariate distributional regression models embedded into statistical learning frameworks for probabilistic weather forecasting. During my PhD, I have mainly worked on distributional regression models as well as dependence models for the statistical postprocessing of numerical weather prediction forecasts.
